On 8 August, Convent of Jesus and Mary, Ambala, was privileged to welcome Sister Gracy, whose presence brought with it a message of faith, love, humility, and purposeful service. In her deeply inspiring and encouraging interaction, Sister Gracy drew upon the timeless message from the Book of Ruth: “Wherever you go, I will go; wherever you stay, I will stay; wherever you die, I will die.” The words beautifully reflected the values of loyalty, commitment, companionship, and unwavering faith—values that remain relevant in both our personal and professional journeys. She further spoke about the three pillars of a meaningful life and service: “Love tenderly, walk humbly, act justly.” Her words reminded the gathering that true leadership and education are not merely about knowledge or achievement, but about compassion, humility, and the courage to do what is right. A particularly meaningful part of her address was her reflection on the pedagogy of Mother Foundress, St. Claudine Thévenet—Love.
